MS-CIT Revised Fee Structure - Applicable from 1st June 2025



Important Notes:
* The above fees apply to all modes of MS-CIT course delivered at Authorized Learning Centers (ALC) and Satellite Centers.
* The fees include course fees, examination fees, and certificate fees.
* MKCL reserves the right to revise the fees at any time without prior notice.


MS-CIT Multi-Instalment Mode - Learner Information & Rules

The MS-CIT Multi-Instalment Mode makes the course more accessible for economically weaker learners by allowing the total course fee to be paid in easy, step-by-step instalments. This initiative helps expand digital literacy and digital inclusion across Maharashtra. Multi-Instalment mode will be applicable from 1st January 2026.

Purpose

  • To support learners who cannot pay the MS-CIT fee in one or two instalments.
  • To promote wider digital inclusion and digital literacy.

Eligibility

  • Learners are eligible if they meet the following:

School Type

  • Government School students
  • Government Aided School students
  • Students admitted under RTE

Academic Level

  • Students from 8th standard to Graduation.

Required Documents
Submit any one at the time of admission:

  • Bonafide Certificate
  • RTE admission proof + Bonafide Certificate
  • School Leaving Certificate (after 10th)

For learners who completed 10th

  • Must also submit a Bonafide Certificate from the college/institution currently attended.

Fees & Instalments

Non-MMRDA (Thane/Palghar/Raigad) & PMRDA ₹5500 ₹110
Rest of Maharashtra ₹5000 ₹100

Instalments

  • Fees can be paid in up to 50 instalments.

ERA Access

  • ERA access for each session is granted only after paying that session’s instalment.
  • Multiple sessions can be paid together.

Refund Policy

  • Instalments (including MFO) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Course Duration

  • Learners can typically complete the course in 5–6 months using instalments.

Important Notes

  • Timely instalment payment ensures continuous access to learning.
  • All required documents must be submitted at admission.
